For SEC-reporting OTC companies

Your filings are public.
Your website should look like you know that.

OTC MVP rebuilds the whole website, not an investor page bolted onto your old one: your products, your mission, your team, with an investor section built to the standard your filings already meet.

Built for companies that file on time and haven’t touched their homepage since

01 · How This Works

Three steps, in this order, on purpose

No proposal deck. No discovery call before you’ve seen the work.

01

We already found you

Our system tracks SEC-reporting companies that trade OTC, checks their filings and cash position, and scores their website against a real standard. If you’re reading this, yours came up short.

02

We build it before you ask

A full working preview of your whole site, not a mockup or a slide deck: your products, your mission, your team, plus an investor section built from your filings and press releases. Nothing invented, nothing added that you haven’t already said or filed.

03

You decide what happens next

Keep looking, walk away, or talk to us about making it the production site, on terms that work for a company your size.

02 · What You Actually Get

One rebuild.
Not an investor page bolted onto your old site.

Most of what we build is your actual website. The investor section is part of it, not the whole thing.

A · Your website

What you make or do, your mission, your team, rebuilt properly from what you already have, not summarized into a filings page.

B · Your investor section

What’s shown to the left: a live SEC filings feed, your OTC Markets quote and tier badge, and press releases from your own 8-K exhibits. Not a mockup, wired to your own filings.

The investor section carries only what’s already filed or released. The rest of the site is yours to say however you want.

03 · Built To Be Found

Written for AI, not just Google

When someone asks an AI assistant about your company, it should find the right answer on your own site, not a stale mirror, a wrong ticker, or nothing. Built into every site from the first build, not bolted on later, this one included: see the llms.txt link in the footer.

→

Structured data for your company, your filings, and your press releases, the kind a search engine or an AI assistant can actually parse.

→

A plain-text summary at your site’s root, the same idea as a sitemap, written for AI agents instead of search engines.

→

Static pages an AI crawler can actually read, not a JavaScript app it can’t see into.

04 · What We Don’t Do

We’re a web vendor.
That’s the whole job.

→

We are not an investor relations firm, and we don’t provide promotion or advisory services.

→

We never communicate with investors on your behalf.

→

We never discuss your stock publicly, on any platform, for any client, ever.

→

Every client we take on gets listed publicly below, permanently. No exceptions.

05 · Clients

Every company we build for

Listed here the day the contract is signed. Left up for as long as we work together, and after.

No clients yet. You could be the first.

06 · Who’s Behind This

Built by an OTC enthusiast

The founder has three decades in IT, marketing, software development, systems implementation, and more recently how companies adopt and use AI. Also a personal investor in OTC-listed companies, which is where this started: reading a real, audited filing, then landing on a website that looked abandoned. OTC MVP builds the sites. It doesn’t cover the stocks, and it never will.
